The 2021 Dirty Sink is available in a head version to pair with your cab of choice, and comes loaded with a variety of new features pulled straight from the flagship Kitchen Sink 6VEL model. The amp features two Plexi tone stack flavors (’65 JTM and ’68 JMP) and a footswitchable ‘80s “Jose” Mod driven by cascading preamp tube stages and clipping diodes to boost your gain further than the traditional Plexi tones. The amp’s clarity remains remarkable as you roll down the volume on the guitar, and likewise stays tight and defined as you push the amp harder. You won’t have to worry about getting flubby on the low end when you roll up the bass or gain. Use the Push knob to sculpt your bottom end in the power section (head version only), and the Presence knob to add or remove some bite in the high end without compromising your preamp section EQ. The control panel is very straightforward, so you won’t have any trouble cooking up the sound you’re looking for.

The Hybrid Master is the thing that makes all this possible at a variety of volume levels. It is truly the most effective solution to master volume or power scaling that we have encountered on any amp. We have spent extensive time with the Hybrid Master in real-life environments and are pleased to say it produces great tones even at conversational levels. At low volume the amp still FEELS big when mic’d up and monitored through in-ears, without the loss of tone or sustain a quiet tube amp usually falls prey to. Want to push the amp over the top with the gain cranked and the ‘80s Jose Mod engaged? Just pull back that Hybrid Master and enjoy those saturated drive levels at ear-friendly volumes. And if you open up the Hybrid Master you’ve got 25W at your disposal to easily keep up with a drummer if you’re running the amp in crunchy territory. It’s a perfect club amp but is equally fit for church, recording, and practice environments.

This listing is for both the Dirty Sink Head and the matching 3rd Power Compact 112 Speaker Cabinet loaded with a Warehouse Guitar Speakers Green Beret. These pair perfectly both from a tonal standpoint and a portability standpoint. The speaker cab weighs just 21lb and the total weight with the head is under 45lb!
