Just in via trade! This Fano PX6 is one of our favorite Fano models. We are very familiar with the genius of Dennis Fano, being dealers of both Novo and Fano guitars. The PX6 is for the Firebird/ Explorer fan that wants something a bit more comfortable to play, but with all that mojo and tone intact. This one features an alder body, maple neck, rosewood board, and Fano pickups. It’s in very good shape with medium aging and one ding on the neck. Comes with Fano gigbag and spec sheet.  

Each Fano Oltre series guitar is handbuilt in the USA using an old-growth North American Alder body, maple neck and a nitrocellulose lacquer finish. The result is a resonant, lively instrument crafted with care and precision. This series allows for a number of customizations, from color to pickguard, knobs to pickups. Models can be built with either a maple or rosewood fretboard to meet the needs of a variety of players.

How Does It Play?

The truss rod functions properly and the guitar sets up nicely. The string action sits at over 4/64” on the low E string, and right at 4/64” on the high E string, measured at the 12^th fret.
