Just arrived via trade in! This 2017 Gibson Les Paul Standard doesn’t seem standard. The figured top, fit and finish, and tones are all exceptional! The original pots and electronics have been upgraded, so no more flakey push pull pots. The pickups are stock Alnico Burstbucker Pro’s, which are a great sounding pickup. And at a featherweight 7lbs 11.4oz, believe me when I say, this won’t last long!

How Does It Play?

The frets are in excellent shape. The truss rod functions properly and the guitar sets up nicely. The string action measures right at 4/64” on the low E string at the 12^th fret and just under 4/64” on the high E. The slim taper neck is fast, but substantial in the hand. This is a great playing Les Paul!
