The Alt de Facto series is Fano’s top-of-the-line custom series. These are handbuilt in the USA by one luthier from start to finish so that every instrument tells a unique and cohesive story. How Does It Play?

This guitar plays nice and low with the string action measuring just 4/64” across all strings at the 12^th fret. There is no fret buzz. The neck profile is very reminiscent of a moderate ‘59 Gibson neck. It is round but not overly large. Just right. And the neck is perfectly smooth with the nitro finish sanded cleanly off the back.
