Just in! This used Fender ’68 Vibro Champ Reissue arrived via trade-In! The Vibro Champ was initially marketed as a student model and later became famous with players and studios for its killer cranked tone and great sound in front of a microphone.
This is a very nice example of a ’68 Vibro Champ Reissue. The gentleman who traded it into took excellent care of it and it shows. I love the factory upgraded 10” speaker, which increases the amp’s available low-end. And in lovely blue tolex, this is a Limited Edition to boot! Comes with original cover and instruction manual.
From Fender:
The '68 Customs have become an extremely popular amp series for guitarists who love classic Fender sounds along with toneful modifications that resonate with today's players.
At just 5 watts, the original Vibro Champ® was famous for classic Fender tremolo, tube sparkle and killer grind at a reasonable level. The '68 Custom Vibro Champ Reverb improves on this classic amp by adding a hall reverb and using a larger 10" speaker for increased low end. These additions make this little wonder perfect for rehearsal, home recording and even small gigs. Amplifier comes with fitted cover
