This Steinberger ZT-3 Custom is the perfect travel guitar, but with more features than most full-sized instruments. Leave it to Ned Steinberger to invent such cool tech in a compact package. The ZT-3 features the proprietary Trans-Trem system, allowing you to raise or lower the tuning of the instrument on the fly!

Other features include a convenient kickstand for comfortable playing while seated, a 14” radius, medium jumbo frets, and USA Steinberger pickups.

How Does It Play?

The truss rod functions properly and the guitar sets up nicely. The string action sits at just over 4/64” on the low E string, and right at 4/64” on the high E string, measured at the 12^th fret.
