The Xotic XSC Series is for the player who wants a more vintage take on the Classic S-Style guitar, but with some modern improvements. Features include an SSS pickup configuration with a choice between hand-wound Raw Vintage RV-50 or RV-60 Pickups, vintage locking tuners, Jescar frets, and an aged lacquer finish. Lots of color options available!

How Does It Play?

The neck is a modern C profile with a barely-there asymmetric shape in the cowboy chord area. The treble side has a little bit extra taken off to help it fit in the hand like a glove. This gives you nice healthy shoulders but allows you thumb-over players to reach the low E string with ease. The fret ends are beautifully rounded with a mirror finish. The string action measures barely over 4/64” at the 12th fret on the low E and right at 4/64” at the high E, all without buzz even when digging in aggressively.
