This used Godin Multiac Steel Doyle Dykes Signature guitar just arrived via trade-in. This is a great instrument in the Multiac Steel line with many tonal possibilities, as well as being excellent for fingerstyle playing.
This model features a custom-voiced LR Baggs system, offering the possibility of blending an LB6 saddle transducer with a Lyric microphone. It sounds surprisingly good plugged into an amp! This is a killer substitute for a full-size acoustic guitar if you are going to be going electric.
How Does It Play?
The frets are in good shape with noticeable wear underneath the B string. However, there isn’t any audible buzz. The truss rod functions properly and the guitar sets up nicely. The string action measures right at 5/64” on the low E string at the 12th fret and at 4/64” on the high E.
