These guitars are made in China, with careful oversight to ensure the craftsmanship reflects the Tyler standard. Each instrument comes ready to play, with final inspection and setup handled by dealers.
What Does Cam Think?
Ever since my early days on guitar forums, I’ve been fascinated with Tyler Guitars. They had that aura of the unobtainable, and in a way, they still do. But… they don’t have to! Somehow, the folks at Tyler captured the magic of the full-blown Tyler experience at an affordable price-point. Enter, the JTG MK1. This a Chinese made instrument that features the legendary Tyler mid-boost preamp, and many of the ‘Tyler-isms’ found on the Studio Elite model! I was skeptical until I played one. The neck feels right, it sounds right, and it is priced right!
How Does It Play?
We give a thorough setup to every instrument that comes through our shop. From truss rods to nut slots, you can rest assured we have this one dialed in. We also do a thorough inspection and check of all hardware to make sure nothing slips by!
