What Do We Think?

This Custom Voltur J is not for the faint of heart. We have this one spec’ed out to the nines with some serious heat! Featuring a figured maple neck, ebony board, block inlays, jumbo frets, and locking tuners, there aren’t many boxes that were left unchecked. And if that isn’t enough bling, the Purple Stranger Sparkle finish is sure to turn some heads. Why play it safe when you can play for keeps with this tricked out Custom Voltur J!

How Does It Play?

This build features Novo’s Medium C profile, which is round in the shoulder with the perfect amount of wood to hold onto. Frets are Jescar 57110, which is my favorite size of the durable German made wire. The string action sits at just over 4/64” on the low E string, and right at 4/64” on the high E string, measured at the 12^th fret.
