What Do We Think?

If you are looking for a Serus J with all the bells and whistles, plus a showstopping paint job, I don’t think it gets any more ‘blinged out’ that this Dealer Limited Serus J. Featuring the incredible Dark Side Sparkle finish, matching headstock, block inlays, neck binding, and an ebony board, it is representative of most of the optional upgrades Novo offers. And we love a good pair of Lollar P-90’s!

How Does It Play?

This build features Novo’s Medium C neck profile, which is their most popular. It has just the right amount of heft and contouring in the shoulder, with a smooth transition up the neck. Frets are Jescar 47095, which is the perfect fret size for just about any style of playing. The guitar is free of buzz up and down the neck. The string action hovers a little above 4/64” on the low E string, and right at 4/64” on the high E string, measured at the 12^th fret.
