Formerly known as the Stratospheric, the Alfa model is Paoletti's S-Style guitar featuring 130-150 year old reclaimed chestnut body and superb custom hardware appointments. It is available in SSS, HSS and HH configurations and in both the solid body "Loft" and thinline "Lounge" variations.

How Does It Play?

The string action sits at 5/64” on the low E string and right at 4/64” on the high E string, measured at the 12^th fret. Paoletti’s Medium C profile is a comfortable carve that has just the right amount of girth. The 6110 fretwire is nice and wide like a jumbo, but just a little shorter for smooth playability across the neck.

The wiring configuration pairs the neck with the first tone knob, and the bridge pickup with the 2^nd tone knob. The middle pickup is not tied to either, but we can wire it to the tone pot of your choice, or leave it as is!
