We are happy to welcome Veritas to Guitars to Be Played! Being just a hop, skip, and jump away, it’s great to have another local builder in our showroom. Veritas has built a loyal player-base of musicians who are after uncompromising quality and inspiring sonics.
The Riverton is the kind of guitar that just feels right from the moment you pick it up. With its smooth contours and offset design, it’s balanced, comfortable, and effortless to play. Whether you’re on stage, in the studio, or just jamming at home, the Riverton has a way of pulling you in and keeping you there.
It’s got a style all its own—bold, dynamic, and full of character. Whether you're after glassy cleans, gritty drive, or something in between, the Riverton responds with clarity and depth, always staying articulate no matter how hard you push it.
More than just a guitar, the Riverton is an experience. It’s built to be played, to be heard, and to inspire. Whatever sound you're chasing, this guitar is ready to go there with you.
How Does It Play?
The ‘Big Medium C’ carve is slightly bigger than the standard ‘Medium C’. It has shoulders that round out as you ascend the neck. Action-wise, the low E string sits just above 4/64” with the high E string right at 4/64”, both measured at the 12th fret. The rosewood board is quite thick, with the truss rod adjustment wheel peeking through just below the 22nd fret.
